30 days in your own hotel.
Free, and judged by measures we agree with you.
A free 30-day pilot of the Guest Service Desk in your own hotel. We set it up with you remotely, guests ask from the QR card in their room, and at the end you decide whether to pay.
How the 30 days run
The pilot is free for 30 days, with voice capped at 300 minutes pooled across the hotel. We do the setup with you, remotely, before day 1.
- Before day 1: your assistantWe build it from your hotel's website and one call with your GM: services, hours, policies and which team handles what. You approve every fact it answers from before guests see it.
- Before day 1: go-live testsWe run the assistant's safety and accuracy tests, including what it does in an emergency, until they pass.
- Before day 1: QR cards and staffWe send print-ready QR cards, and you print them and place one in each room. We add your staff, pair the tablets or the front desk computer, and send test alerts.
- Days 1 to 30: liveThe assistant is live for guests. Escalations switch on once the test alerts have reached the right people. Each week your champion sends us the number of check-ins, and we review usage and response times with you.
- Day 30: decideYou see the share of stays that used the assistant and your response times, and decide whether to pay.
What the hotel gives
Only what the Guest Service Desk needs to run.
- Your factsServices, hours and policies, so the assistant answers only from facts you approved.
- Room for a QR cardOne card in each room, and at venues such as the pool or spa if you like.
- A staff screenA shared tablet or the front desk computer, for the team that receives requests.
- Staff names and rolesWho receives which requests, and who the supervisor, duty manager and GM are for escalations.
- Weekly check-in countsThe number of check-ins each week, as a number only, with no guest names. It is how the share of stays that used the assistant is measured.
What the pilot never needs
No PMS access, no financial files, no access to your inbox, no card data and no change to your phone system. The only guest data in the pilot is guests' requests: what they send to the assistant after they consent, and what your staff log for them.
Measures and price, agreed upfront
Before day 1 we write down the measures with you: the share of stays that used the assistant, the median minutes to take and to finish a request against your targets, and whether you pay after the pilot.
If you continue, you pay the published price: $5 per room per month for the Guest Service Desk, with a $199 minimum, month to month. The first 25 hotels can instead lock $149 a month for 12 months, with voice capped at 300 minutes a month, pooled across the hotel, in return for a case study and one referral.
Common questions
Who at the hotel needs to be involved?
One champion, usually the GM or the front office manager, who answers our questions within a working day. The staff who receive requests join one short onboarding call. The owner sees the results.
What counts as success?
We agree the measures with you before the pilot starts: the share of stays where a guest used the assistant, how fast requests are taken and finished against your targets, and whether you choose to pay at the end.
What happens after day 30?
You decide. If you continue, nothing has to be set up again and the published price applies. If you stop, we export or delete your data, as you choose.
Do you need our PMS, our files or our phone system?
No. The pilot needs no PMS access, no financial files, no access to your inbox, no card data and no change to your phones. Guests consent before the assistant starts.
Is my data safe during a pilot?
The pilot runs on the production platform, with the same access controls, audit log and retention rules a paying hotel gets. The security page explains where data is stored and who processes it.
